Accedi\u00f3 a la curul por la cuota de discapacidad, convirti\u00e9ndose en un referente para muchas personas en su comunidad y a nivel nacional. Adem\u00e1s, fue ex s\u00edndica del municipio de El Espinal y abogada especializada en <strong>Derecho Parlamentario y T\u00e9cnica Legislativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2022, Cabrera impuls\u00f3 una importante reforma al <strong>art\u00edculo segundo de la Ley de Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad<\/strong>, que reconoce a las personas de talla baja como personas con discapacidad, un avance crucial en el reconocimiento de sus derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallecimiento de la diputada ha conmocionado a la comunidad oaxaque\u00f1a y a sus colegas en el Congreso local. El <strong>Gobernador de Oaxaca, Salom\u00f3n Jara Cruz<\/strong>, expres\u00f3 su pesar: \u00abLamentamos el sensible fallecimiento de la diputada Kelly Jannet Cabrera Gonz\u00e1lez, y enviamos nuestra solidaridad a sus familiares y amigos ante esta dif\u00edcil p\u00e9rdida.
