(FGE)<\/strong> logr\u00f3 una sentencia condenatoria contra un individuo acusado de <strong>homicidio calificado<\/strong>, ocurrido el <strong>4 de enero de 2024<\/strong> en las inmediaciones de la <strong>carretera federal 57, cerca de la caseta de Palmillas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la investigaci\u00f3n y en un <strong>procedimiento abreviado<\/strong>, un juez de control dict\u00f3 una pena de <strong>20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de <strong>500 d\u00edas de multa<\/strong> y el <strong>pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o<\/strong> a los familiares de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sentenciado era considerado <strong>un generador de violencia en la zona de San Juan del R\u00edo<\/strong>, por lo que su captura y condena representan un avance en las acciones de seguridad en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGE reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de llevar ante la justicia a quienes atenten contra la seguridad de la ciudadan\u00eda y exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a colaborar con
