Su historial criminal lo situaba entre los <strong>narcotraficantes m\u00e1s buscados por Europol<\/strong>, con una amplia red de operaciones vinculada al c\u00e1rtel de <strong>Ismael \u00abEl presume que, tras haber <strong>fingido su muerte en Sinaloa<\/strong>, Ebben se encontraba oculto en <strong>Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza<\/strong>, donde finalmente fue localizado y
