LA PAREJA QUE ABANDON\u00d3 A SU BEB\u00c9 EN TULTITL\u00c1N ENFRENTA HASTA 46 A\u00d1OS DE C\u00c1RCEL \u2696\ufe0f\ud83d\udc76\ud83d\udc94"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\ud83d\udccd <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> \u2013 Este domingo 16 de febrero, <strong>Diana \u00abN\u00bb y Lucio \u00abN\u00bb<\/strong> fueron presentados en <strong>su primera audiencia<\/strong> en los Juzgados Penales de Cuautitl\u00e1n, donde el juez dict\u00f3 <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> en su contra por el <strong>delito de tentativa de homicidio<\/strong> tras abandonar a su beb\u00e9 en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica en Tultitl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd34 <strong>PRUEBAS CONTUNDENTES CONTRA DIANA Y LUCIO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia, <strong>la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM)<\/strong> present\u00f3 una serie de <strong>pruebas irrefutables<\/strong> que se\u00f1alan la responsabilidad de ambos en el caso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>C\u00e1maras de seguridad captaron a Lucio \u00abN\u00bb dejando al beb\u00e9 en la calle<\/strong>, dentro de una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico.<br>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Conversaciones filtradas<\/strong> entre la pareja muestran que <strong>ambos acordaron deshacerse del beb\u00e9.<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Testimonios clave<\/strong>, incluyendo el de la madre de Diana \u00abN\u00bb, quien desconoc\u00eda que su hija estaba embarazada.<br>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Videos del negocio donde trabajaba Diana \u00abN\u00bb<\/strong>, que muestran el momento en que <strong>ella da a luz en el ba\u00f1o de la pasteler\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la presentaci\u00f3n de estos elementos, el juez determin\u00f3 que <strong>existen pruebas suficientes para procesarlos<\/strong>, por lo que ambos permanecer\u00e1n en prisi\u00f3n hasta que se decida su situaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"848\" height=\"477\" src=\"https:\/\/poderciudadanoradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/pena-35.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20963\" srcset=\"https:\/\/poderciudadanoradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/pena-35.jpg 848w, https:\/\/poderciudadanoradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/pena-35-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/poderciudadanoradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/pena-35-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 848px) 100vw, 848px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca5 <strong>DIANA SE DERRUMBA Y LLORA EN AUDIENCIA: \u00abLUCIO FUE QUIEN TOM\u00d3 LA DECISI\u00d3N\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el inicio de la audiencia, <strong>Diana \u00abN\u00bb se mostr\u00f3 nerviosa y en varias ocasiones rompi\u00f3 en llanto<\/strong>, asegurando que <strong>ella no tuvo nada que ver en el abandono del beb\u00e9 y que fue Lucio quien tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, <strong>las pruebas presentadas la contradicen<\/strong>, ya que <strong>en las conversaciones filtradas ella misma le pide a Lucio que se lleve al beb\u00e9<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, en la declaraci\u00f3n inicial, <strong>Diana neg\u00f3 haber estado embarazada<\/strong> y trat\u00f3 de ocultar el parto, lo que refuerza su implicaci\u00f3n en el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Lucio \u00abN\u00bb se mostr\u00f3 serio y \u00abarrepentido\u00bb<\/strong>, seg\u00fan su abogado, quien argument\u00f3 que su cliente <strong>actu\u00f3 bajo desesperaci\u00f3n y pobreza extrema.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez no qued\u00f3 convencido por sus declaraciones y dict\u00f3 la <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong> para ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd25 <strong>\u00bfQU\u00c9 SIGUE AHORA? EL JUEVES 20 DE FEBRERO SE DECIDE SU FUTURO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc La audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso <strong>se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el 20 de febrero<\/strong>, donde se definir\u00e1 si ambos ser\u00e1n <strong>formalmente procesados<\/strong> por el delito de <strong>homicidio en grado de tentativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc En caso de ser encontrados culpables, <strong>podr\u00edan recibir hasta 46 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel<\/strong>, la pena m\u00e1xima por este delito en el Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc El <strong>beb\u00e9
