En su declaraci\u00f3n, la mujer <strong>narr\u00f3 los hechos<\/strong> y <strong>se\u00f1al\u00f3 al probable agresor<\/strong>, solicitando medidas de protecci\u00f3n inmediatas y la atenci\u00f3n integral para la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la denuncia presentada, la familia pidi\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y psicol\u00f3gica<\/strong> especializada para la menor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custodia de evidencias<\/strong> y preservaci\u00f3n del lugar de los hechos, conforme a protocolo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>b\u00fasqueda y localizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del presunto responsable y su puesta a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medidas de protecci\u00f3n<\/strong> para la madre y la menor mientras avanza la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La representaci\u00f3n social deber\u00e1 <strong>iniciar la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, ordenar dict\u00e1menes periciales, recabar testimonios y, en su caso, <strong>judicializar<\/strong> el expediente. La madre exigi\u00f3 <strong>justicia y no revictimizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, pidiendo que servidores p\u00fablicos apliquen perspectiva de ni\u00f1ez y de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo que sabemos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La denuncia fue <strong>recibida en el MP de Chalco<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hay un <strong>se\u00f1alado<\/strong> como presunto agresor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La familia solicita <strong>protecci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>atenci\u00f3n integral<\/strong> para la menor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En qu\u00e9 punto est\u00e1 el proceso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la denuncia formal, la autoridad ministerial debe <strong>integrar la carpeta<\/strong> y definir <strong>diligencias urgentes<\/strong>. De acreditarse los hechos, el MP podr\u00e1 solicitar las <strong>medidas cautelares<\/strong> correspondientes y, ante un juez, la <strong>vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso<\/strong> del probable entidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solicita <strong>acompa\u00f1amiento psicol\u00f3gico y jur\u00eddico<\/strong> gratuito en instancias de mujeres\/ni\u00f1ez de tu municipio o estado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presunci\u00f3n de inocencia<\/strong>: Toda persona se\u00f1alada como probable responsable <strong>se presume inocente<\/strong> hasta que exista una
