Seg\u00fan testigos, el animal comenz\u00f3 a pelearse con otros perros pertenecientes al encargado del establecimiento, identificado como \u201c<strong>Minis\u00faper La Bodega<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los reportes, el responsable sac\u00f3 un arma de fuego y <strong>accion\u00f3 el disparo directamente contra el animal<\/strong>, caus\u00e1ndole una lesi\u00f3n visible. Tras el ataque, <strong>el agresor huy\u00f3 del lugar<\/strong> antes del arribo de los elementos de la <strong>Polic\u00eda Municipal de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, quienes acudieron tras recibir el reporte v\u00eda 9-1-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los oficiales brindaron acompa\u00f1amiento al propietario del perrito para que interpusiera la <strong>denuncia correspondiente ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado<\/strong>, mientras el animal era atendido por un veterinario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la inspecci\u00f3n inicial al negocio, las autoridades detectaron <strong>irregularidades en las condiciones del local<\/strong>, por lo que notificaron a las \u00e1reas de <strong>Inspecci\u00f3n Municipal y Protecci\u00f3n Civil<\/strong>. Un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s, se realiz\u00f3 un operativo conjunto que <strong>confirm\u00f3 m\u00faltiples faltas en materia de seguridad y funcionamiento<\/strong>, derivando en la <strong>suspensi\u00f3n oficial del establecimiento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vecinos de Loma Bonita expresaron su <strong>indignaci\u00f3n por el acto de crueldad<\/strong>, exigiendo que el responsable sea <strong>localizado y sancionado conforme a la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n Animal de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de pedir mayor vigilancia en la zona para evitar hechos
