En M\u00e9xico hemos registrado un solo caso. Aunque se ha denominado \u2018s\u00faper gripe\u2019 y circula en Europa y Estados Unidos, es importante se\u00f1alar que <strong>se previene con la vacuna contra la influenza que tenemos disponible en el pa\u00eds<\/strong>\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretario explic\u00f3 que una de las caracter\u00edsticas de esta variante es su <strong>mayor capacidad de contagio<\/strong>, sin embargo, insisti\u00f3 en que <strong>la vacunaci\u00f3n es la principal medida preventiva<\/strong>, junto con acciones b\u00e1sicas como el <strong>lavado frecuente de manos<\/strong>, el <strong>uso de cubrebocas en caso de s\u00edntomas respiratorios<\/strong> y <strong>acudir a servicios de salud<\/strong> ante cualquier signo de influenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00edntomas de la influenza H3N2<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fiebre alta de aparici\u00f3n repentina, con escalofr\u00edos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dolor muscular y articular<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cansancio extremo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tos seca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dolor de garganta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Congesti\u00f3n nasal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secreci\u00f3n nasal y estornudos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adultos mayores: n\u00e1useas, v\u00f3mitos o diarrea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades sanitarias reiteraron que <strong>no hay motivo de alarma<\/strong>, pero s\u00ed la importancia de <strong>mantener medidas preventivas<\/strong> y <strong>completar esquemas de
