Asimismo, <strong>ya fue Directora del Sistema Municipal DIF durante el periodo 2022\u20132024<\/strong>, etapa en la que promovi\u00f3 programas enfocados en la atenci\u00f3n de <strong>ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes, personas adultas mayores y grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad<\/strong>, consolidando al DIF como una instituci\u00f3n sensible y cercana a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Gabriela Valencia se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como <strong>Secretaria Ejecutiva del Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes (SIPINNAMQRO)<\/strong>, lo que le permiti\u00f3 adquirir un amplio conocimiento en la implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con enfoque de derechos humanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta experiencia, el gobierno municipal conf\u00eda en que Gabriela Valencia Garc\u00eda ejercer\u00e1 la direcci\u00f3n del SMDIF durante <strong>2026<\/strong>
