contin\u00faa impidiendo la apertura y promoci\u00f3n de este atractivo natural, sin que la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Turismo del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong> pueda intervenir directamente en sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer <strong>Adriana Vega V\u00e1zquez Mellado<\/strong>, titular de la dependencia, quien explic\u00f3 que el problema se deriva de un desacuerdo entre el <strong>Ejido Sauz de Guadalupe y Puerto de Alegr\u00eda<\/strong> y la <strong>Cooperativa Ecotur\u00edstica El Para\u00edso<\/strong>, cuyos integrantes se\u00f1alan una presunta invasi\u00f3n del territorio, adem\u00e1s de un manejo inadecuado por parte de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas (CONANP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria subray\u00f3 que la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo <strong>no funge como autoridad reguladora<\/strong>, por lo que su actuaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 limitada mientras no se resuelva el conflicto y no exista una determinaci\u00f3n oficial por parte del <strong>municipio de Pinal de Amoles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNosotros no somos un agente regulador; estamos en espera de que el municipio, junto con las normas que tiene que seguir en cuanto a protecci\u00f3n civil, determine c\u00f3mo va a estar el funcionamiento\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 Vega V\u00e1zquez Mellado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que, hasta el momento, la dependencia <strong>no ha recibido solicitudes formales<\/strong> para intervenir en el conflicto; sin embargo, asegur\u00f3 que se mantendr\u00e1n atentos para que, una vez que el sitio pueda reabrirse y operar con certeza jur\u00eddica y condiciones de seguridad, <strong>se retome la promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica de Puente de Dios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, el cierre del acceso contin\u00faa afectando la actividad tur\u00edstica en la zona serrana, uno de los principales atractivos naturales del norte del estado, en espera de una soluci\u00f3n que permita reactivar el flujo de visitantes de manera ordenada y
