FGEQ<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a las acciones operativas que realizan diariamente polic\u00edas del municipio de Quer\u00e9taro, con el objetivo de salvaguardar el patrimonio y la integridad de la ciudadan\u00eda, se evit\u00f3 una situaci\u00f3n de riesgo al poner a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades investigadoras a un masculino, alias \u201cEl Tori\u201d, que tra\u00eda consigo un arma de fabricaci\u00f3n casera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue desde el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n a Emergencias 9-1-1 que el personal policial fue alertado, traslad\u00e1ndose a la calle Cuarzo, colonia San Pedrito Pe\u00f1uelas, donde visualizaron al masculino, quien correspond\u00eda con las caracter\u00edsticas del reporte, por ello, le fue realizada una revisi\u00f3n preventiva, encontr\u00e1ndole entre sus pertenencias un arma de fabricaci\u00f3n casera con mecanismo de disparo, siendo asegurado de forma inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a que la portaci\u00f3n de dicha arma prohibida constituye un delito, al individuo le fueron le\u00eddos sus derechos que le asisten por ley como persona detenida, y posteriormente fue trasladado a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, en
