<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Aguas (CEA)<\/strong>, confirm\u00f3 que el origen de la contaminaci\u00f3n fue un <strong>establecimiento dedicado al lavado y reacondicionamiento de t\u00f3tems<\/strong>, el cual <strong>no cuenta con servicios formales de agua ni drenaje<\/strong> y vert\u00eda directamente sus aguas residuales al dren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image Sustentable, <strong>Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que personal de la Procuradur\u00eda acudi\u00f3 al sitio para realizar la inspecci\u00f3n correspondiente y que, al tratarse de una descarga urbana, se determin\u00f3 una <strong>investigaci\u00f3n coordinada con la CEA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, la PEPMADU dio a conocer que la descarga fue <strong>sellada con cemento y arena<\/strong>, quedando oficialmente <strong>clausurada<\/strong>, y se notific\u00f3 al propietario del negocio que <strong>su actividad no contempla procesos autorizados para el vertimiento de aguas residuales<\/strong>, por lo que dicha pr\u00e1ctica est\u00e1 prohibida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" en el \u00e1mbito de sus atribuciones, revise lo correspondiente en materia de <strong>Protecci\u00f3n Civil y licencia de funcionamiento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades reiteraron que este tipo de acciones buscan <strong>proteger el medio ambiente<\/strong>, evitar da\u00f1os a la infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica y garantizar que las actividades comerciales se desarrollen conforme a la
