Adem\u00e1s, plantea la creaci\u00f3n de dos nuevos \u00f3rganos: el \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial, encargado de la carrera judicial, formaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n administrativa; y el Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial, que tendr\u00eda facultades para investigar y sancionar a integrantes del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barrera Mcdonald subray\u00f3 que la propuesta tambi\u00e9n establece procesos p\u00fablicos, abiertos y paritarios para la postulaci\u00f3n de candidaturas judiciales, sin financiamiento p\u00fablico ni privado para campa\u00f1as, ni participaci\u00f3n de partidos pol\u00edticos o precampa\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el diputado Sinhu\u00e9 Piedragil destac\u00f3 la importancia de que la reforma judicial no se empalme con la reforma electoral, la cual deber\u00e1 aprobarse a m\u00e1s tardar en julio para que las modificaciones impacten en el pr\u00f3ximo proceso electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador hizo un llamado a las fuerzas pol\u00edticas a construir los acuerdos necesarios, recordando que la reforma requiere mayor\u00eda calificada \u201417 de 25 votos\u2014 para su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta propuesta, Morena busca avanzar en la adecuaci\u00f3n del marco constitucional local al modelo nacional de justicia, en un debate que se anticipa como uno de
