Esta medida cautelar continuar\u00e1 vigente mientras se desarrolla el proceso penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los hechos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los antecedentes, el accidente ocurri\u00f3 presuntamente cuando la conductora manejaba <strong>bajo los efectos del alcohol y a exceso de velocidad<\/strong>, lo que deriv\u00f3 en un choque que cobr\u00f3 la vida de dos personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 sigue en el proceso?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la apertura a juicio oral:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se da por concluida la etapa de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se validan las pruebas tanto de la Fiscal\u00eda como de la defensa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El caso pasa a un tribunal que analizar\u00e1 el fondo del asunto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 en esta fase donde se determine, en audiencias p\u00fablicas, <strong>la responsabilidad penal de la acusada<\/strong>, definiendo si es culpable o
