Ernesto David \u201cN\u201d, imputado por delitos contra los animales, tras incumplir previamente con las medidas cautelares que le hab\u00edan permitido enfrentar el proceso en acuerdo con la autoridad, los hechos se remontan al 21 de septiembre de 2025, en la colonia Centro del municipio de Pedro Escobedo, donde el sujeto presuntamente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a una canina identificada como \u201cPinta\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"899\" height=\"899\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En una primera instancia, el imputado fue vinculado a proceso con medidas cautelares distintas a la prisi\u00f3n; sin embargo, incumpli\u00f3 con las condiciones impuestas al no comparecer ante la autoridad y proporcionar domicilios inexistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, fue declarado sustra\u00eddo de la acci\u00f3n de la justicia, por lo que se gir\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra, misma que fue cumplimentada por elementos de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia correspondiente, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 modificar la medida cautelar e imponer prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en reclusi\u00f3n mientras avanza el proceso legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de investigar y sancionar los delitos contra los animales, as\u00ed como de garantizar el acceso a la justicia en este tipo de
