acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n oficial, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 30 de enero de 2026, cuando tras una discusi\u00f3n por el pago de la renta, el imputado habr\u00eda disparado contra la v\u00edctima, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la denuncia, se iniciaron las investigaciones correspondientes, logrando establecer la probable participaci\u00f3n de Miguel \u201cN\u201d, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia, el juez determin\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y orden\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en reclusi\u00f3n mientras se desarrollan las investigaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se fij\u00f3 un plazo de un mes para la etapa de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, periodo en el que se recabar\u00e1n m\u00e1s pruebas para fortalecer el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de dar seguimiento a este
